Tempura-kaiseki "HIEI"
This tempura kaiseki menu features two separate servings of Endo’s famous tempura along with appetizers (sakizuke, zensai), wanmono soup, sashimi, and a palate-cleanser. The first tempura course includes three types of Endo’s famous tempura, and the second includes five pieces prepared in the Endo Beverly Hills style. Enjoy traditional kaiseki cuisine alongside Endo’s classic tempura and new-style tempura made popular at our Beverly Hills restaurant. And to finish off the meal, guests can choose between tendon or tencha rice bowls.

Kyoto-style Dashi-Shabu "SHIOKAZE"

[Fish Dashi-Shabu] Endo’s original dashi-shabu menu features pairings of seasonal seafood and Kyoto vegetables – sea bream and bamboo shoots in spring, sea bass and mibuna wild mustard in summer, pike conger eel and maitake mushrooms in fall, tilefish and shogoin turnip in winter – all lightly cooked at your table in a delicate dashi broth. The menu also includes a selection of seasonal appetizers, and a nyuumen noodle broth or zosui rice soup to close.

[Meat Dashi-Shabu] Lean Kyoto beef is known for its rich flavor and elegant marbling, which melts under heat to impart a smooth texture on the delicate warishita-style dashi broth. Enjoy with kujo scallions, the perfect accompaniment to this exquisite fusion of intense meaty taste and flavor-enhancing marbling. The menu also includes an assortment of appetizers and a choice of udon noodles or ojiya rice soup to finish.
